A simple practice we can engage in to cultivate peace and harmony is to give up hope and replace it with aspiration or motivation from the heart—that is, to stop waiting to be happy when something happens, but instead rejoice in this very moment for doing what you do, because what you are doing now should already be the realization of what you want to happen in the future.
