EVENT COST

  • $4,950 per person, all three days & ALL INCLUSIVE

    On-site stay, participation in live interviews, speech presentation, online promotion, continental breakfast, buffet-style brunch, and dinner.

  • $1,800 for one day per person — participation in live interviews, speech presentation, online promotion, continental breakfast, buffet-style brunch, and dinner.

  • Travel expenses are not included.

  • There are also other accommodation options off-site in the area. You may look for places to stay in Redington Beach, North Redington Beach, and Madeira Beach, Florida.

 
 

ON-SITE ACCOMMODATION

Various lodgings are available on-site in a beautiful two-story beach house.

There are six rooms available:

1— The Sea Glass Master Room — king-size bed, full balcony, ocean view, upstairs, en suite bath

2— The Atlantide Room — king-size bed, pool view, upstairs, en suite bath

3— The Seastar Room — king-size bed, pool view, upstairs, en suite bath

4— The Oceanhaven Room — king-size bed, faces the “lagoon" hot tub, downstairs, en suite bath

5— The Oceanus Room — king-size bed, half balcony, ocean view, shared bath, upstairs

6— The Aquazon Room — king-size bed, pool view, shared bath, upstairs

— 3- night stay

— Adults only

— You may share your room with a friend — he/she must be an event participant.

— It includes continental breakfast, buffet-style brunch, and dinner

— The location is 25-30 minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) and a 35-40 minute drive from Tampa International Airport (TPA).

— Please indicate if you are not able to climb stairs. There is a small staircase to all bedrooms except The Oceanhaven Room.

— Do you prefer to be interviewed or to give a speech?

— What is your topic? Please send your topic(s) in a Word file. A 20-minute speech is approx. 2,500 to 3000 words.

You will receive a reply containing the next steps to confirm your attendance.

02 Registration Materials

— Bio and headshot

— Preferred website to share

— Phone number (not shared, for communication purposes between you and me)

— This is also the time to specify any food sensitivity or allergies, if you are a vegetarian or vegan, or have any other special need or preference.

03 Payment

— $600. deposit non-refundable to confirm your participation. 

— The balance can be paid in full or installments 30 days before the event date.

— Please specify how you plan to pay the balance.

Payment options: Paypal (plus Paypal fee) or Zelle, Venmo, Check, and Wire Transfer.

  1. THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS is 6-12 — Presenters —

  2. LOCALS IN ATTENDANCE — 15-20 approximately — These are people from the area interested in holistic well-being. They are invited to watch and observe the presentations seated conference-style. They might also ask questions during the Q&A session.
