ABOUT VALERIA

I am the founder of Fit for Joy, Author, Vedanta Guide & Sacred Water Energy Clearing Facilitator. It has been a calling and pure JOY to work in the realms of emotional healing and spiritual awareness. My intention with this work has been to encourage and inspire the embodiment of joy, love and interconnectedness.

I was intuitively called to Kauai in 2024 and moved here June 6th, 2025. It was never a coming to, but a returning HOME! The feeling and sensing of this beautiful revelation is as real and natural as breathing to me. :)
