There is a single, small difference between the people that "do" and the people that "don't".
It's the difference between strength and weakness, progress and stagnation, success and failure.
Each and every one of us has it, have used it, and have used it successfully – every single time.
And every single time – we have an overwhelming sense of accomplishment, our efforts are justified, and we bask in the glory of a tough job well done, and done well enough to justify its means.
There are several single words that sufficiently describe this characteristic; though for some reason these words don't sound as potent and powerful as they did when we were children.
The words are: Flow – Presence – Concentration - Focus – Attuned – Attention ~ Matthew Scarfo

I've lived in New Jersey for over 30 years and have made a life and a career around helping those around me. I'm a writer, speaker, and the President, Owner, and Private Fitness Consultant at Full-Time Fitness in Morristown. We have been supported by the wonderful Morristown community for the last nine years, and in turn, myself and my business go to great lengths to support the community for whom I owe so much.

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and credentialed Corrective Exercise, Performance, Weight-Loss, Nutrition, Human Movement, and Functional Training Specialist. I've worked as an educator helping FitPro hopefuls earn their certifications, as well as teaching experienced fitness professionals new training methods & programming options while helping them better understand the science and theory of fitness.

I'm married to a wonderful Woman with whom I'm blessed with three beautiful children. I spend my leisure time with my family, this often (and preferably) takes us outside where we enjoy many of the outdoor opportunities that New Jersey offers us, including field sports, hiking, casual homesteading, and the like.
In a modern-day world where information is free and pervasive, I enjoy reading about industry-specific topics, philosophy, theology, physics, and other sciences. If there's one thing I've certainly learned - it's that the more I know, the more I realize I don't know.
I live by the Golden Rule and am a firm believer that if you're the smartest person in the room - you're in the wrong room.
