For many years Indira’s mind was on a journey of it’s own, telling her that she couldn’t be who she wanted to be and keeping her from her own calling.  She went from job to job, stayed in relationships that didn’t serve her – all because she didn’t want to be alone, and continued to listen to what her mind was telling her she needed to do to be happy and satisfied and fulfilled. 

As a result, she lost herself and life had no meaning. With nowhere to go she finally turned towards the answers found from within the Self.

She began Connecting – Connect, Listen, Trust, Act – 4 steps that gave her direct access to her Self on demand. It was here that the answers and guidance, unique to her arose, unfolding a life that changed every aspect of her life. Relationships, career, health and wellbeing, living her purpose, experiencing each day from the ‘inner knowing’ of her BIG self.

With her 4 step Method of Connect, Listen, Trust, Act she eliminated stress, anxiety, concern, worry and fear as a way of living. Each day the actions that came from her Self, provided a pathway for what was needed, to move her life towards what brought her the most joy, real peace and a sense of inner contentment.

She discovered that in order to live our lives from a place of true purpose and fulfillment we must first place our faith in ourselves; most importantly - The Self.
