Karleen Tauszik is the indie author of over 20 books. She primarily writes fiction and non-fiction for children ages 8-12. As a child, she had the goal (not met) to read every book in the children's section of her local library. Through her writing, she hopes to entice kids to have that same love of books. Karleen resigned from her career in Human Resources over three years ago to write full time. She lives in the Tampa Bay area with her husband who is a professional ventriloquist and magician.
