When Christie Bloom was around eight years old, she felt different. She had an urging inside her that she could live a blissful life even in the chaos. Christie believed you could get more out of life if you simply chose to. She came to learn that feeling good, happy and abundant was only accomplished when she lived in wellness and maintained her health and well-being.
Christie had a whisper in her spirit that she could get what she wanted and reach her goals without actually knowing the way... She set goals for attaining things and she experimented in having what she desired through consistent thought, action and well-being.
In time, she realized the joy wasn’t about the stuff, it was about how it made you feel. Christie also discovered that she could choose to feel that way anytime she wanted to through simple practices of self-awareness and she lived a wealthy childhood on a pauper’s pay cheque.
As an adult, Christie had been sharing these mindfulness practices in several strategic ways that she invites you to participate in. Living well and living abundant is simple when you bring in a little bit of wellness every day, she will show you how.
