WE ARE THE SOURCE OF EVERYTHING

Here is an insightful book that shares healing messages, tools, and timeless wisdom — “The Success Zone: How To Discover Your Success Zone Through the Mind and Brain Connection Using Power of Thoughts, Words, and Action!” by Audrey Pullman

— We are the source of everything. The way to produce the best of creativity is to allow the creativity to flow from the inside. When we work on ourselves, we grow and evolve from inside, and allow the things to flow through us. Creativity is an idea, a thought, or an imagination, that continuously flows through our mind, and expands over time, to become the full-fledged reality of existence.

What is a thought? It’s a Mind Activator through words, energy, and a vibrational connection with the universe to achieve whatever you want in life. Words that come into your brain are activated by your neuronal system to bring messages to and from your brain for processing an action or idea. The Therapy of Thought is when these ideas enter the brain’s activated message center and have either a positive or negative impact on your thinking pattern.

Most humans live on earth but never manifest themselves. What are the greatest human needs? Every human needs to feel that they were born for a reason.

Thoughts are real things. And, like all real things, they generate energy: little packets of energy called photons, which are the fundamental particles of light. Albert Einstein discovered this law (photoelectric effect) and won the 1921 Nobel Prize in physics for his work.

Though all of us have experienced photons in many ways, perhaps you've never thought of them in relation to your thoughts, so let me give you an example: You're watching someone bully people. Suddenly, you find yourself almost taking a step back, and you feel disturbed. It's almost as if the person is throwing something at you. What you're experiencing is the toxic energy from that person's thoughts—and it's real.

Mental energy sucks others in. Think of hanging out with someone who's constantly depressed or negative and how you feel around them. Fear breeds fear. The fearful mind generates fearful probabilities. The depressed mind generates depressing possibilities. But the same can be said for the positive.

Pay attention to the energy you're taking in.

That's why we need to be discerning about who we connect with and who we listen to. We can quite literally enhance or damage each other. When we inadvertently allow others to fill our minds with their thinking, we're at their mercy.

The energy from people's thoughts is real, and we need to protect ourselves from it if it's negative or grab it with both hands if it's positive.

Thoughts and ideas from other people—including what we hear, read, and watch—have the potential to exert a controlling influence over our thinking, feeling, and choosing if we let them.

However, it's interesting to note that memories formed from shared experiences will diminish within 24 to 48 hours because the proteins they're made of denature. This essentially means that they become heat energy. That's great for negative experiences, but to maintain and sustain a positive encounter, we need to focus on it for longer periods of time to maintain the benefit.

The mind is a powerful tool, and your subconscious mind soaks up your daily focus thoughts. What to do?  The map to create your own success is in the book!

CREATING NEW BELIEFS — ASKING BETTER QUESTIONS

Here is one of my favorite passages in “Your Unique Style of Fit” by Audrey Pullman:

Beliefs are the blueprint – the software – of the unconscious mind. Focus aligns the energy field of the brain, and repeated focus rewires the brain. In this way, belief becomes an anatomical reality. Beliefs determine what we will or won’t do. What we believe – the meaning we feel certain will come from situations – determines how we behave and what we will do. You are not ready for a thing until you believe you can acquire it.

Belief can be inscribed by affirmation or repeated instructions to the unconscious or subconscious mind. Repetition of affirmations to your unconscious mind is a powerful method of voluntary development of belief. Any thought that is repeatedly passed on to the unconscious mind is finally accepted. This is as true for wealth accumulation as it is for other consistent repetitions such as crime.

There are basically two types of beliefs:

1— Global Beliefs. “Life is…” “People are…” “I am…” Each affects the way we look at and interpret things and their meaning.

2 — Rules. Cause and Effect Beliefs “If, then” “If this, then that.

We have brain algorithms of behavior, emotional, and attachment.

Your state of mind – the particular software program you use – determines the meaning you attach to a stimulus. The meaning you attach then determines your behavior.

There are two primary ways to regulate your state of mind: Physiology and Focus.

— Physiology: How you use your body to change your body and your biochemistry-to change your state of mind. There are three primary tools: relaxation, deep breathing, and meditation.

— Focus: What and how you direct conscious attention. From quantum physics and the brain: you get what you focus on, not what you want. Focus aligns your energy field. What you focus on, or what you pay attention to, determines your state of mind. Our minds work by consciously selecting the one focus that we want to register at any moment. By holding this one thing in conscious awareness, we give relative inattention to everything else.

This means that we have an immediacy bias: we assign undue weight to whatever we pay attention to at the moment.

The questions we ask determine what we focus on. Questions direct the focus, and therefore, determine the state we are in. If you have a habitual feeling you don’t like, it can come from a repeated focus and questions: Why does this always happen to me? The presupposition is that you are in a passive position and ineffective. Why am I overweight? The focus is on overweight.

The quality of your life can be influenced by the quality of the question you ask daily.

Change the questions. Ask a better question.

You are asking questions from the moment you wake up, although you may not be aware of them. If you immediately began asking, “What can go wrong today?” You have already begun a scenario that establishes a negative state of mind. Another bad question: “Can I really do this?”

Your brain follows your focus, whether that is positive or negative. Ask questions habitually that empower you. Ask a better question. Instead of “What might go wrong today?” ask “What will I create today that will be more powerful than I ever dreamed of?” “And have fun doing it?” Instead of “Why am I overweight?” Ask “What can I do today for better nutrition and physical shape?”

SPIRITUAL LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE

Here is one of my favorite passages in “Self Esteem and Your Unique Style of Fit!” by Audrey Pullman:

We are spiritual beings and most of us believe in a higher power beyond ourselves. During the good and bad times, we pray to our God or a Supreme power to provide us with guidance, love, and assurance when life happens.

The Law of the Universe is one of the most straightforward laws of cause and effect. Whatever our actions toward another human beings or in other situations, “We Will Reap What We Sow.” If your actions are negative and hurtful you will receive the same corresponding reaction from the universe. However, if your purpose in life is to do good and show love, understanding, and compassion for others so will be your reward from the universe.

When you think about the spiritual laws of the universe, your mind may go straight to the Law of Attraction. However, it turns out that there is a whole network of interconnected spiritual laws that can impact every aspect of your life.

Even better, although these laws can be used to assist in Law of Attraction work, you don’t need to be working on any particular manifestation goal to benefit here. Often discussed with reference to the healing practice of Ho’oponopono, the Twelve Spiritual Laws of the Universe each teach you something unique about well-being, happiness, and success.

When you have a solid sense of these spiritual laws, you develop a clearer picture of your own place in the world. This guide will explore and summarize all twelve of the laws. Plus, it should help you understand how they influence you and how your awareness of them can lead to positive change. When you don’t understand the connections between the spiritual laws, you naturally encounter obstacles.

You may feel lost, frustrated, and confused about your purpose. It may even feel like virtually everything goes wrong for you, no matter how well you think you’ve planned. In contrast, people who live their lives with an awareness of the interconnected laws typically report feeling more confident, productive, and reflective than ever before. While there is advanced personal work you can do with respect to each law, even starting out with this general grasp of the different laws may make a noticeable difference to the way you feel.

1. The Law of Divine Oneness

The Law of Divine Oneness is the foundational law, according to which absolutely everything in our universe is interconnected. In other words, every choice, word, desire, and belief you have will also have an impact on the world, and on the people in your life. Sometimes this impact will be immediate and obvious. At other times, it may take a while to manifest, or you may never even discover that it has occurred. Try to think of yourself as part of everything around you to live in accordance with this law. We are all one, and awareness of this makes us more powerful as well as more empathetic.

2. Law of Vibration

3. Law of Correspondence

4. Law of Attraction

5. Law of Inspired Action

6. Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy

7. The Law of Cause and Effect

8. The Law of Compensation

9. Law of Relativity

10. Law of Polarity

11. Law of Rhythm

12. Law of Gender

YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF CREATES OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUCCESS!

Here is one of my favorite passages in “I Want My Body Back!”  by Audrey Pullman:

Life is unpredictable. We live in a world full of twists and turns. It’s full of unexpected feelings of joy, happiness, sadness, and grief.

If you can adjust to the unpredictability of life, you can cope with the life cycle crisis. The goal is to strive for a healthier lifestyle and channel this unpredictable energy in a positive way and learn how to challenge and manage any situations that come your way.

No matter what you try to achieve in your life, you are going to experience life twists and turns. The twist in life is synonymous with stress in life. Stress is an external force that has a negative impact on our everyday living. Turns are like a roller coaster going around and around. There is no straight path to success. You must go through all the different phases of life before you reach a stage where you can call yourself successful.

The brain is an exceptionally powerful tool in the creation of our lives. It ties directly into how our emotions, behaviors, and outer experiences come to be. Because of how powerful it is, it’s important to have a good understanding of its capabilities and knowledge of how it interconnects the ways in which we create our individual realities. If our mental state is confused and unhappy, our alignment with the universe is hampered and our resolve to handle life’s daily stressors is weakened.

The decisions you make create the events in your life. If your thought processes are in a misalignment with the universe, the negative reflection of your life is distorted and magnified. This leads to maladaptive behavior and could affect your present or your future. The choice is yours.

The awareness and recognition of your daily thoughts are governed by the Laws of Life. The law of confusion and unhappiness could lead to mental and physical impairments. A therapy of thought is your fundamental belief of self and its effects are far-reaching because what you desire and think about most often is what will manifest itself in your life.

Optimism allows your brain to navigate the path toward success.

Creative people have developed a self-awareness on how to adjust to life’s unexpected changes at a moment’s notice. They view life as the pure consciousness of elevating thinking to obtain the greatest level of human experience in finding their creative opportunity. Pure consciousness is a state where you realize yourself as pure energy and vibrations.

This pure energy and vibrations are what give creative people inner peace. They know their true and authentic self. They have mastered their fears, anxiety, and stressors in life by delving deeper into their mental psychic and exploring the inner workings of their mind. This is a compelling and dynamic process that takes courage for creative people who must be brave to face their true and authentic self.
