What Does It Take To Be Healthy?
EPISODE #36
My conversation is with Michelle Schacherer.
She is a CrossFitter, fitness passionate who lives in California. She grew up in Mexico, living under the common modern American lifestyle: Processed foods diet, then, eating less and moving more to be able to reach the perfect woman's body set by the media.
After blaming herself and willpower for not being able to keep the weight off, she started trying different approaches until she finally looked for help and was able to learn from inspirational figures the best way to stay healthy in every aspect: Physically, spiritually and socially. This also motivated Michelle to get a certification in Nutrition by the Body Mind Institute.
In this episode, Michelle talks about: The truth behind nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle. The process she went through to learn about what was really needed to be healthy (from food, to exercise, to environment and relationships).
